I'm not usually one to write reviews, but my experience with Toner Deluxe was a letdown from start to finish. As someone who values their time, I was drawn in by their promise of fast shipping within 24 to 48 hours. What I got instead was a wait of over a week for my Nanocable cables and adaptadores to arrive. The prices, including IVA, seemed competitive at first, but the quality of the products doesn't match up. My external hard drive case is already showing signs of wear after just a couple of uses. I've tried to contact their customer support multiple times, but the responses have been slow and unhelpful. For a company that claims to operate with a commitment to customer satisfaction, Toner Deluxe seems to be falling short. With over 150,000 clients, you'd think they'd have their act together by now. Unfortunately, my experience says otherwise. Unless they step up their game, I'd recommend looking elsewhere for your electronic needs.
