June 06, 2025Subpar Experience with B Squared Technologies - Not Recommended
I recently had the misfortune of taking my laptop to B Squared Technologies for what I thought was a routine malware removal. The process was supposed to be straightforward, but it ended up being a disaster. First, they kept my laptop for over a week, which was significantly longer than the '2-3 business days' they initially quoted. When I finally got it back, not only was the malware still present, but they had also somehow managed to delete several important files. The staff seemed friendly enough, but their competence left much to be desired. The final bill was also higher than expected, with several 'additional services' that I hadn't authorized. To add insult to injury, when I called to complain, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Given the plethora of computer repair services in El Paso, I would strongly advise against choosing B Squared Technologies. Their failure to deliver on even the basic aspects of their service is alarming, and their customer service is woefully inadequate. Unless they significantly improve their technical capabilities and customer relations, I foresee a bleak future for this company. Needless to say, I will not be returning, and I hope this review saves others from a similar disappointing experience.
