I recently had the misfortune of working with AviatorJob, a recruitment services company that specializes in the helicopter industry. As a seasoned pilot with over a decade of experience, I was expecting a personalized and professional service that would help me find my next role. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a lack of communication, unhelpful advice, and a general sense of disorganization. The company's CV improvement and redesign services were subpar, and the referrals program seemed like a gimmick rather than a genuine attempt to help candidates. I was promised a £100 Amazon voucher for a successful referral, but after several weeks, I still haven't received it. The company's goal of redefining recruitment services for the helicopter industry is admirable, but their execution falls short. With so many other recruitment agencies out there, I would not recommend AviatorJob to my colleagues or friends.
