I'm still trying to figure out why I was so excited to work with Autolink Distributors, given their reputation in the auto repair industry. As someone who's passionate about cars and loves the idea of customization, I thought they'd be the perfect fit. But, my experience was a resounding disappointment. First off, their website and mobile app, while user-friendly, didn't quite live up to the promise of making my vehicle 'truly unique.' The customization options, particularly the variety of custom colours, seemed more like a gimmick than a genuine attempt to provide personalized solutions. I ended up feeling like I was just another customer being funneled through their system rather than someone they were genuinely interested in helping. The products themselves, including the above waterline basecoats and 2 pack paint, were of good quality, I'll give them that. However, the service and support were lackluster. It took multiple attempts to get in touch with someone who could answer my questions, and even then, the advice felt generic and not tailored to my specific needs. For a company that prides itself on exceptional service, I expected much more. Perhaps my expectations were too high, given the glowing reviews and testimonials on their site.
