I recently had my car repaired at Auto Hail Repair Team after a nasty hail storm, and unfortunately, the experience was a disappointment. While they tout their Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) method as non-invasive and preserving the original paint, I found that the actual process took longer than expected. The initial assessment seemed thorough, and they did a good job of explaining the repair process and assisting with my insurance claim. However, the follow-through on their promises, particularly regarding the timeframe for completion and the quality of the repair, was lacking. The valet service they offer, which includes picking up and dropping off your vehicle, was convenient, but the communication about the status of my repair was inconsistent. I was told my car would be ready in 5 days, but it took 10. When I finally got my vehicle back, there were still some noticeable dents and the paint job, while mostly intact, had a few areas where it seemed like the conventional repair method they use when the hail damage breaks the paint wasn't perfectly executed. Their attempt to streamline the process and eliminate redundancies in the auto repair process is commendable, and I appreciate their commitment to protecting customer information. Yet, the overall experience felt like they were trying to rush through my repair to get to the next customer, rather than focusing on quality and customer satisfaction. Perhaps they were just having a bad week, but for the premium service they advertise, I expected a lot more attention to detail and a smoother experience. Given the inconvenience and the fact that my car didn't turn out as promised, I would caution others to thoroughly review their options before choosing Auto Hail Repair Team.
