I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Auto Glass Hollywood. I called them to repair my windshield, and they promised to send someone over the same day. However, the technician didn't show up until the next morning, and when he did, he seemed completely unprepared. He didn't have the right tools or materials, and he ended up damaging my car's paint job while trying to fix the windshield. To make matters worse, the repair itself was subpar, and I had to call them multiple times to get it redone. The customer service was unhelpful and unfriendly, and they seemed more interested in getting me off the phone than in resolving my issues. I've had better experiences with other auto glass companies in the LA area, and I would not recommend Auto Glass Hollywood to anyone. Their 'lifetime warranty' is basically worthless if they can't even get the job done right the first time. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
