I walked into the AT&T store at The Promenade Shops At Centerra with high hopes, only to be met with a reality check. The 'knowledgeable staff' I'd heard so much about seemed more interested in meeting their sales quotas than actually helping me find a solution to my internet connectivity issues. After waiting for 27 minutes (I timed it), I was finally approached by a representative who seemed put off by my questions about their business plans. The 'latest smartphones' on display were the same models I'd seen at the Apple store down the street, and the 'promotions' were just rehashed versions of deals I'd seen online. What really took the cake, though, was when they tried to upsell me on a 'comprehensive business solution' that would've cost me an arm and a leg. As someone who's worked in telecommunications before, I know a thing or two about what constitutes 'innovation' and 'excellent customer service.' AT&T's Loveland stores fall woefully short on both counts. Unless you're looking to be disappointed by overpromising and underdelivering, I'd recommend taking your business (and your phone bill) elsewhere. One star from me, and that's being generous.
