I recently visited Atrium Health Navicent Women's Care OB/GYN for my yearly well-women exam, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. Despite their claims of providing 'exceptional and compassionate care,' I found the wait time to be excessively long - over an hour past my scheduled appointment. The staff, although friendly, seemed disorganized, and there was a lack of clear communication about the delays. When I finally saw my provider, the consultation felt rushed, and my questions were not thoroughly addressed. The facilities were clean and modern, but that was not enough to make up for the subpar service. As someone who values personalized care, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to my specific needs and concerns. Perhaps it was just an off day, but my experience did not align with the 'compassionate and comprehensive care' they advertise. Until they can improve their efficiency and patient communication, I would hesitate to recommend Atrium Health Navicent Women's Care to others.
