Frustrated Manager
June 06, 2025Chaos in Property Management: Asyst6 Falls Short
I've been using Asyst6 for a few months now, and I must say, it's been a constant struggle. As a property manager, I need software that can keep up with my daily tasks, but this platform seems to create more problems than it solves. The financial record tracking feature is clunky and often freezes, causing me to lose valuable time. And don't even get me started on the budget maintenance tool - it's like they expect me to be an accountant. The association to-do list management is also very basic and doesn't allow for much customization. I've tried to use the contractor payment tracking feature, but it's slow and doesn't integrate well with our existing systems. The electronic payment feature is also a nightmare, with constant errors and failed transactions. I've had to spend hours on the phone with their customer support, which is not very helpful. They seem to be reading from a script and don't really understand the issues I'm facing. For a company that claims to be a leader in the community association management industry, I expect a lot more. Unfortunately, Asyst6 has been a disappointment, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The modular design is confusing, and the real-time integration with ASYST Portals and iPhone App is not as seamless as they claim. Overall, I'm extremely dissatisfied with Asyst6 and would advise others to look for alternative solutions.
