I'm writing this review as a warning to others: beware of Assist2Sell Realty of Seattle, specifically Phil and his team. My experience with them was nothing short of disastrous. Initially, they presented themselves as knowledgeable and professional, but it quickly became apparent that their primary concern was making a sale, not serving the client's best interests. The 'expert guidance' they promised turned out to be generic advice that could be found online, and their negotiation skills were lackluster at best. What really raised red flags, however, was their refusal to disclose all the fees upfront. It wasn't until we were deep into the process that we discovered a slew of additional charges that significantly increased the overall cost. This felt like a classic bait and switch tactic, where the initial attractiveness of their services blinded us to the eventual drawbacks. Their 'commitment to client satisfaction' seemed to wane as soon as they secured our business. Communication became sporadic, and our concerns were often dismissed or downplayed.
