I'm disappointed to say that my experience with ASAP Spotless Home Services was a letdown. As a homeowner in the Triangle area, I was expecting top-notch service from a company that's been around for over 25 years. Unfortunately, the window cleaning and pressure washing services I received fell short of my expectations. The team showed up late, and the work was rushed and lacking attention to detail. I had to point out several spots that were missed, which was frustrating. The owner, Miguel Lopez, seemed nice, but I didn't feel like he was particularly invested in my satisfaction. For a family-owned business that prides itself on personalized attention, I felt like just another customer. The state-of-the-art equipment and products they touted didn't seem to make a difference in the end result. Perhaps they're better suited for larger HOA contracts, but for individual homeowners like myself, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. The prices were reasonable, but the subpar service and lack of accountability make it hard for me to recommend ASAP Spotless to anyone.
