I'm writing this review as a warning to others: beware of Artworks Hardwood Floors' empty promises. We hired them to refinish our old hardwood floors, and from the initial consultation with Arthur Adams, we were assured that they would 'make our floors look new.' What we got was a botched job that left our floors looking worse than when they started. The team was consistently late, and the communication was abysmal. When we tried to address the issues with Arthur, he became defensive and dismissive. It's clear that this company is more concerned with getting the job done quickly than with doing it right. The '20 years of experience' they tout means nothing if they can't deliver quality work. We've had to hire another company to fix the mistakes Artworks Hardwood Floors made, which has added significant cost and stress to our renovation. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your hardwood flooring needs. One star is even generous for this subpar service.
