I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my experience with Artisan Auto was a disaster from start to finish. What I got was a botched job that left my car's paint looking worse than when I brought it in. The 'certified' team seemed more interested in chatting about their personal projects than actually doing their job. When I pointed out the issues, they became defensive and claimed it was my fault for not 'properly maintaining' my vehicle beforehand. As someone who has taken meticulous care of my car, this was not only insulting but also inaccurate. The owner, Richard Trumble, seemed nice enough when I first met him, but when it came to addressing my concerns, he was nowhere to be found. It's clear that Artisan Auto's 'commitment to quality work' and 'exceptional customer service' are just marketing buzzwords. Unless they seriously revamp their operations and customer relations, I would advise anyone in Pagosa Springs and surrounding areas to steer clear of this place. For a company that prides itself on 'building strong relationships with its customers,' they certainly failed to deliver on that promise with me.
