I must admit, the initial idea of renting a bounce house from Arkansas Bounce for my child's birthday party sounded like a dream come true. The website promised clean, safe, and fun rentals for the entire weekend, and I was sold on the hassle-free experience. However, what we got was far from it. The setup on Friday took longer than expected, with the team arriving at 6 pm instead of the promised 4 pm. The bounce house itself was smaller than anticipated, and the water slide, which was supposed to be the highlight of the party, had a leak that made it unusable for half of the weekend. When I called to report the issue, the customer service was less than helpful, stating that they couldn't send someone to fix it until Monday, which was after our rental period ended. The obstacle course, which we had also rented, had missing parts, making it impossible to use. The most disappointing part was the lack of flexibility and understanding from the company. When I asked for a partial refund due to the issues, I was told that their policy doesn't allow for refunds or discounts for any reason, including equipment failures. It felt like they were more interested in keeping our money than in ensuring we had a good experience. The takedown on Monday was the final nail in the coffin, with the team leaving behind a mess that we had to clean up ourselves. The whole experience was a disaster, and I would not recommend Arkansas Bounce to anyone. Save your money and your sanity, and look for a company that actually cares about its customers.
