I'm still fuming after my experience with Arizona Wildflowers & Gifts. The website promised a 'lovely variety of fresh flowers' but what I got was a wilted, brown-edged mess that looked like it had been sitting in the back of a truck for days. I ordered the 'Blissful Splendor' arrangement for my sister's birthday, specifically asking for it to be delivered to her office. Not only did it arrive a day late, but it was also dumped at the reception desk without so much as a card or a note. The 'lush greenery' was actually just a few sad sprigs of fern that looked like they'd been ripped from a pot on the side of the road. And don't even get me started on the 'hot pink carnations' - they were more like pale, washed-out peonies that had seen better days. For a company that claims to take pride in its 'courteous staff', I found the customer service to be completely unhelpful and unapologetic when I called to complain. They just kept repeating that 'mistakes happen' and offered me a 10% discount on my next order, like that would somehow make up for the disaster they'd created. Needless to say, I won't be taking them up on that offer. If you want to send someone a bouquet that says 'I don't really care about you', then Arizona Wildflowers & Gifts is the place to go. But if you actually want to make a good impression or show someone you care, keep looking.
