I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Arizona's Best Choice Pest and Termite Services. Despite their claims of being a top-rated pest control company in Arizona, my experience was subpar. The technician who came to my home seemed knowledgeable, but the treatment they provided did not eradicate the scorpion infestation in my attic. In fact, I've seen more scorpions since the treatment than before. The company's 100% satisfaction guarantee seems to be more of a marketing gimmick than an actual promise. When I called to report the issue, the customer service representative was unhelpful and seemed more interested in selling me additional services than resolving my problem. For a company that claims to have over 25 years of experience and thousands of satisfied customers, I expected much better. Unfortunately, my experience with Arizona's Best Choice Pest and Termite Services has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
