Disorganized and Unhelpful: My Disappointing Experience at Apoteka Park

I visited the Apoteka Park location in Kraljevo last weekend, hoping to find some relief from my dry skin. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown from start to finish. The store was cluttered and disorganized, with products scattered all over the shelves. I had to search for what felt like an eternity to find the EUCERIN preparations I was looking for, only to discover that they were out of stock. The staff seemed completely unbothered by my frustration and didn't even offer to order the product for me or provide a suitable alternative. When I asked for advice on sun protection, I was met with a dismissive shrug and a vague recommendation to 'just use any sunscreen with SPF.' I was shocked by the lack of knowledge and enthusiasm from the staff, especially considering the wide range of products they offer. To make matters worse, thequantitative measurement of vitamins and minerals that they advertise was not available when I visited, and the staff didn't seem to know when it would be available again. Overall, I was thoroughly unimpressed with Apoteka Park and would not recommend it to anyone. With so many other pharmacies and drugstores in Serbia offering better service and organization, I see no reason to return to Apoteka Park.
