I'm still trying to process the absolute disaster that was my experience with ANW Flooring. As a local, I thought I was supporting a family-owned business that truly cared about its customers, but boy, was I wrong. From the initial consultation to the final installation, it felt like they were just going through the motions. The sales team seemed more interested in making a sale than actually listening to my needs, and the installation team... well, let's just say I've seen better work from a DIY novice. The luxury vinyl flooring I chose looks nothing like the samples they provided, and the 'exceptional service' they promised was nowhere to be found. When I tried to address my concerns with Adam himself, I was met with defensiveness and a clear lack of interest in resolving the issues. For a company that prides itself on being a 'trusted name' in the area, they sure didn't act like it. Unless they seriously revamp their customer service and installation quality, I'd advise anyone looking for new flooring to steer clear of ANW Flooring. One star from me, and that's being generous.
