I recently had the misfortune of using Antomato SL's self-storage services, and I must say, I was thoroughly unimpressed. Despite their claims of reliability and security, I found their facilities to be lacking in several key areas. Firstly, the video monitoring system, which they tout as a major selling point, was not functioning properly during my visits. I was unable to view the video feed on my smartphone, which was a major inconvenience. Furthermore, the optional insurance they offered seemed overly complicated and expensive. The online platform, while user-friendly, had several glitches that made it difficult to book and pay for my storage unit. I also found the packaging materials and boxes they sold on-site to be overpriced and of poor quality. The accessibility of the facilities was also an issue, as the codes to open the units were not always reliable, and I had to wait for an inordinate amount of time to gain access to my unit on multiple occasions. The general code used for the main lock seemed like a security risk, and I was not comfortable with the idea of individual unit locks being optional. The customer support, which was only available in-person two days a week, was not helpful in resolving my issues. Overall, my experience with Antomato SL was a disappointment, and I would not recommend their services to anyone. With so many other self-storage options available, it's hard to see why anyone would choose Antomato SL.
