As someone who's worked with several staffing agencies in the past, I was thoroughly disappointed with the service I received from AMMON Staffing. Despite their claims of connecting top local talent with leading employers, my experience was marred by miscommunication, unfulfilled promises, and a general lack of professionalism. The team seemed more interested in pushing through candidates rather than genuinely understanding the needs of their clients. I was sent several resumes that didn't even come close to meeting our requirements, and when I asked for more tailored candidates, I was met with resistance and excuses. The follow-up was also lacking, with weeks going by without any update on the status of our hiring process. For a company that prides itself on building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional results, AMMON Staffing fell woefully short. Unless they revamp their approach and start prioritizing the needs of their clients, I would not recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately, my experience was more akin to a box-checking exercise than a collaborative partnership.
