Inconvenient and Unreliable: Avoid Amazon Locker - Polo

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Amazon Locker - Polo. The concept sounds convenient, but the execution is poor. I had to wait in line for 20 minutes just to pick up my package, only to find out that it wasn't even there. The staff seemed uninterested in helping me, and when I asked about the issue, they just shrugged it off. The location is supposed to be secure, but I've had issues with missing packages before. It's frustrating that Amazon would partner with a location that can't even get the basics right. The locker itself is often out of order, and the alternative pickup location is a hassle to get to. I've tried to use Amazon Locker - Polo multiple times, but each experience has been a letdown. Unless they seriously revamp their operations, I'd advise others to avoid this location altogether. The lack of transparency about their history, mission, or values is also concerning. As a customer, I want to know that the companies I support are committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, Amazon Locker - Polo falls short in every aspect.
