I'm writing this review as a warning to others after my underwhelming experience with Amazing Fencing. Initially, their website and sales team seemed professional, and I was excited to work with them for my new fence installation in Sydney. However, the reality was far from the promise. The team that showed up was not only late but also seemed disorganized, lacking the necessary materials to complete the job as discussed. When I brought this to their attention, the response was lackluster, with a lot of blame-shifting and excuses about 'unforeseen circumstances.' The final product, while aesthetically pleasing, had several issues, including unevenly spaced slats and a gate that doesn't close properly. Despite their claims of valuing customer feedback and aiming for 'complete customer satisfaction,' my follow-up calls and emails have been met with indifference. It's clear that once they have your money, the commitment to excellence they boast about means very little. For a company that prides itself on Australian-made products and tailored solutions, the lack of attention to detail and customer care is astounding. Unless they seriously revamp their customer service and installation processes, I would not recommend Amazing Fencing to anyone looking for reliable and professional fencing services.
