I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Aloha Island Aquariums. As a long-time aquarium enthusiast, I was excited to work with a local, family-owned business to create a custom aquarium for my home. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by poor communication, delays, and a final product that didn't meet my expectations. The initial consultation was promising, with the team presenting innovative design ideas and a clear understanding of my vision. However, things started to go downhill during the fabrication and installation process. The team failed to keep me updated on the progress, and when I did receive updates, they were often vague and unhelpful. The installation itself was rushed, with the team seeming more interested in collecting their payment than ensuring the aquarium was properly set up. The final product was lackluster, with noticeable defects in the aquascape and equipment that didn't function as promised. When I brought these issues to the attention of the team, they seemed dismissive and uninterested in resolving the problems. As someone who values the tranquility and beauty that a well-designed aquarium can bring, I was dismayed by the subpar service and final product from Aloha Island Aquariums. For a company that prides itself on its personal service and professionalism, I expected much more.
