I'm writing this review as a warning to others who might be considering Alliant Recovery for their substance use disorder treatment. My experience was nothing short of disappointing. Despite their claims of individualized treatment plans and comprehensive services, I felt like just another number in their system. The psychiatric services were subpar, with long wait times and rushed sessions that didn't address my underlying issues. The holistic therapy options, such as art and music therapy, were disorganized and lacked any real structure or purpose. I was excited about the gym activities, but the equipment was outdated, and the classes were overcrowded. What really bothered me, though, was the lack of follow-through on their promises. They talked a lot about providing flexibility, dignity, and respect, but it felt like empty words. My counselor seemed overwhelmed, and I often had to remind them of my appointments and treatment plans. The supportive housing option was also a letdown – it was more like a glorified hostel than a supportive environment. Alliant's approach might look good on paper, but in reality, it's a watered-down version of what they promise. If you're struggling with addiction, I would caution against relying solely on Alliant Recovery. There are better options out there that truly care about your recovery and well-being.
