I'm still trying to wrap my head around the absolute disaster that was my experience with Alberta Lock Solid. With a name like that, you'd think they'd be, well, solid. But no, they managed to turn a simple lock repair into a catastrophe. First, their 'fast response time' was more like a glacial pace – it took them over 2 hours to show up, and that was after I called them three times to check on the status. When the technician finally arrived, he seemed put off by my presence, like I was interrupting his Netflix binge or something. The 'state-of-the-art dispatch software' they brag about? Must be a myth, because the guy had no record of my appointment and had to call the office to confirm... twice. And don't even get me started on the '1-Year Warranty' – when I asked about it, the technician gave me a vague nod and said, 'Yeah, we've got you covered,' without explaining anything. The final bill was a whopping $200 for what essentially amounted to 30 minutes of mediocre work. Needless to say, I will not be recommending Alberta Lock Solid to anyone. In fact, I'd advise against them. Unless you enjoy frustration, disappointment, and a healthy dose of regret, stay far, far away from this locksmith.
