I visited Alamut Libros with high expectations, given its reputation as a hub for literary activity in Villa Crespo. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The selection of books, while diverse, felt disorganized and lacking in personalized recommendations. I was looking for something new and exciting, perhaps a hidden gem that only a bookstore like Alamut Libros could offer, but the staff seemed more interested in preparing for an upcoming event than in assisting me.
