Disorganized and Unreliable: My Frustrating Experience with Al's Grounds Maintenance

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Al's Grounds Maintenance. As a homeowner in Hudson, I expected a reliable and efficient lawn care experience, especially given their reputation in the area. Unfortunately, my encounter was marred by disorganization and unfulfilled promises. The team failed to show up on the scheduled day, and when I called to inquire, they seemed unsure of their own schedule. The lack of communication and transparency was appalling. When they finally did arrive, the work was subpar, with uneven cuts and missed spots. For a company that prides itself on transforming lawns into 'serene oases,' my lawn looked more like a neglected mess. The customizable plans they advertise seemed to be just that – an advertisement – as the actual service did not reflect the quality or flexibility promised. I ended up having to follow up multiple times to get any semblance of satisfactory work done, which is not what I consider 'top-notch service.' Given the plethora of options for lawn care in the St. Croix counties, I would not recommend Al's Grounds Maintenance to anyone looking for consistent, high-quality service. Perhaps they should focus more on delivering what they promise rather than expanding their service area. Until then, I'll be taking my business (and my lawn care needs) elsewhere.
