I've been a loyal customer of AFD Petroleum for years, but my latest experience with their Micro Fuelling Station has left a sour taste in my mouth. The fuel expense calculator they touted as a game-changer has been nothing but a headache to use. Not only is it clunky and outdated, but the supposed 'savings' it promised have yet to materialize. In fact, I've seen my fuel costs increase since switching to their system. The Award Lubricants they're so proud of? More like Award Disappointments. My equipment's been running less efficiently than ever, and their customer service has been woefully unhelpful in resolving the issue. The team at AFD Petroleum seems more interested in pushing their products than actually listening to their customers' needs. As someone who's relied on them for years, it's disheartening to see such a lack of commitment to quality and innovation. Unless they seriously revamp their approach, I'll be taking my business (and my fuel needs) elsewhere. One star from me, and that's being generous.
