I've been a patient at AdvantageCare Physicians' Westchester Ave Medical Office for a while now, and unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently underwhelming. The office is always crowded, and it seems like they're always running behind schedule. I've had to wait up to 45 minutes just to be seen, even with an appointment. The care team, while well-intentioned, seems disorganized and often doesn't have my medical history readily available. I've had to repeat my medical history multiple times to different healthcare professionals, which is frustrating and makes me question their attention to detail. The laboratory services are also inconvenient, as they require a separate appointment and often take a while to get the results back. I've tried to schedule appointments over the phone, but the lines are always busy, and it takes forever to get through to someone. The location is convenient, I'll give them that, but that's about where my praise ends.
