I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Adkins Spray Foam Insulation & Roof Coating Services. Despite their claims of being 'professional and reliable,' my experience was anything but. The team, led by Josh, seemed disorganized and lacked attention to detail. They were supposed to spray foam my attic, but they ended up missing several spots and leaving a mess. I had to call them multiple times to get them to come back and fix the issues. The 'high-quality products' they used didn't seem to make a difference, as I've already noticed some leaks in my roof. The Conklin MR system they installed came with a 10-year and 18-year warranty, but I'm not confident it will last that long given the subpar installation. The company's focus on 'customer satisfaction' seems to be just a marketing gimmick, as they didn't seem to care about my concerns. I would not recommend Adkins Spray Foam to anyone. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is that they eventually fixed some of the issues, but it took way too much effort on my part. Save your time and money, and go with a different company.
