I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Ace of Maids Cleaning Service. As a local resident of Bethany Beach, I was expecting a top-notch cleaning experience, especially given their 25 years of experience and family-owned reputation. Unfortunately, my home was left with more dust bunnies than when they started. The team seemed friendly, but their attention to detail was lacking. I had specifically requested a deep clean, including the move-out cleaning package, but it felt like they barely touched the surfaces. The post-construction cleaning I've had done in the past was more thorough than this. For a company that prides itself on exceptional service and a personal touch, I felt like just another checkbox on their list. Maybe they were having an off day, but for the price and the promise of a 'five-star cleaning experience,' I expected much more.
