I must say, I was thoroughly underwhelmed by the experience with Abagofice.com. As a seasoned event planner, I've had my fair share of dealing with various vendors, but this one takes the cake - or rather, the ice cube. Their marketing promises 'elegance and style' with every delivery, but what I got was subpar service and a hefty bill to boot. The customized ice cubes, which I was told would be 'meticulously crafted,' looked like they were just thrown into a bag without much thought. The infused water, supposedly 'tailored for the discerning palate,' tasted more like tap water with a slice of lemon. And don't even get me started on the ice sculpture - it was a sad, melting mess by the time it arrived at my event. For the prices they're charging, I expected nothing but the best. Unfortunately, Abagofice.com failed to deliver on its promises, leaving me with a bad taste in my mouth and a lighter wallet. Unless they seriously revamp their services and quality control, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. One star from me, and that's being generous.
