I'm extremely disappointed with the services provided by A & T Global IT Consulting. As a business owner, I was looking for a reliable cybersecurity partner to protect my company from cyber threats. Unfortunately, their team failed to deliver on their promises. The cybersecurity threat and risk assessment they conducted was superficial at best, and the risk assessment and mitigation strategies they proposed were generic and lacked any real depth. It felt like they were just checking boxes rather than genuinely trying to understand our unique needs and challenges. The communication with their team was also subpar, with long response times and a general lack of transparency about their processes and methods. What really raised my eyebrows, though, was the push for ISO training and certification programs through their partnership with PECB. While I appreciate the importance of professional certifications, it felt like they were more interested in selling us additional services rather than focusing on our immediate cybersecurity concerns. The biometric services and Nigerian passport renewal facilitation they offer seem completely unrelated to their core cybersecurity business, which further eroded my confidence in their abilities. For a company that claims to be a leader in the cybersecurity industry, A & T Global IT Consulting's inflexibility and lack of personalized attention were staggering. They seemed more interested in applying a one-size-fits-all approach rather than tailoring their services to meet our specific needs. Overall, my experience with A & T Global IT Consulting was underwhelming, to say the least. They failed to provide the level of expertise and service I expected from a company of their reputation, leaving my business vulnerable to cyber threats. Unless they significantly revamp their approach and prioritize client needs, I would caution other businesses against partnering with them.
