I recently hired A Pro Inspections to conduct a thorough home inspection for my new property, expecting a comprehensive and professional service. Despite their claims of using advanced thermal scanning technology, they failed to detect a significant issue with the roof that was later identified by another contractor. The inspector seemed rushed and didn't take the time to explain the findings in detail, leaving me with more questions than answers. The protection plans they offered seemed like an upsell, and I didn't appreciate the pushy sales pitch.
