I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from A Little House Cleaning. Despite their claims of a 'personal touch' and '100% customer satisfaction guarantee', my experience was anything but satisfying. The team that came to my house was friendly, I'll give them that, but they seemed completely disorganized and didn't follow my specific cleaning instructions. I had asked for a deep clean, focusing on the kitchen and bathrooms, but it looked like they just did a quick surface clean and called it a day. The 'eco-friendly' cleaning solutions they used left a strong chemical smell that lingered for hours, which was not only unpleasant but also triggered my allergies. When I tried to contact them about the issues, I was met with a generic apology and a vague promise to 'look into it'. No offer to re-clean or compensate me for the subpar service.
