It seemed like the coach, Sheila King, was more interested in promoting her motivational speaking engagements and membership program than in providing meaningful guidance or support. The membership program itself, A Life Worth Loving: The Movement, offered nothing but regurgitated motivational quotes and shallow advice that I could find for free online. For the prices they're charging - $25 for an email session that feels automated and $500-$5000 for speaking engagements that seem more like sales pitches - I expected a much more personalized and impactful experience.
