I'm extremely disappointed with the storm damage repair services provided by A. Caspersen Company Inc. Despite their reputation for excellence and commitment to quality, our experience was subpar. The initial consultation seemed thorough, but the execution lacked attention to detail and communication. We were told the project would take about two weeks, but it ended up taking nearly six weeks to complete, with multiple delays and misunderstandings along the way. The final result, while aesthetically pleasing, has already shown signs of wear and tear, which is concerning given the premium materials and high price point. Perhaps most frustrating was the lack of transparency regarding the delays and the seeming disinterest in addressing our concerns once the project was underway. For a company that prides itself on customer service and integrity, we felt let down. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the response to those mistakes is what truly matters. Unfortunately, A. Caspersen Company Inc. did not meet our expectations in this regard. With the plethora of options available in Northeast Ohio for exterior remodeling, I would caution others to carefully consider their choices and perhaps look beyond the reputation to the actual service and support provided.
