I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at 2P Pflege Personal. As a nurse with several years of experience, I was drawn to their promise of flexibility, quality, and professionalism. Unfortunately, the reality was far from it. The working hours were indeed flexible, but this often meant being called in at the last minute without adequate notice or support. The pay was above average, but the lack of a structured schedule made it difficult to plan my personal life. The company car was a nice perk, but the paperwork and administrative tasks associated with it were overwhelming. What bothered me the most was the lack of support from the management team. When I raised concerns about patient care or needed guidance on complex cases, my questions were often met with indifference or dismissed altogether. The emphasis on 'exceptional patient care with heart, mind, and professionalism' seems to be more of a marketing slogan than a genuine commitment.
