I'll admit, Multitrafo's mission and values sound fantastic on paper - who wouldn't want to support a company that prioritizes customer satisfaction, employee well-being, and environmental preservation? Unfortunately, my experience with them was a letdown. The oil transformers we purchased had inconsistent performance, and the 'customer-centric approach' felt more like a sales tactic than a genuine effort to understand our needs. Despite their claims of continuous improvement, the issues we faced seemed like routine problems that should have been ironed out long ago. What's more, the communication regarding our concerns was slow and unhelpful. For a company that prides itself on being environmentally conscious, I was surprised by the lack of transparency regarding the materials used in their products.
