I recently had the opportunity to interact with Ampio Dystrybucja, and I must say that my experience was thoroughly underwhelming. As someone who values impeccable service, I was disappointed to find that their customer support was lacking. The website, while boasting a wide selection of products, including their modular touch panels like the M-DOT-9 and M-DOT-T6, was clunky and difficult to navigate. I was excited to explore their new collection of boots, but unfortunately, it seemed like an afterthought. The real letdown, however, was the 'Szybka dostawa' or 'Fast delivery' claim, which proved to be nothing more than a myth. My order took an inordinate amount of time to arrive, and when it did, the products were not what I expected. The modular touch panels, which I had high hopes for, were subpar in terms of quality and functionality. The touch screens on the M-DOT-T6 and M-DOT-M18 were unresponsive at times, and the gesture detection on the M-DOT-GEST was finicky. For a company that prides itself on providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service, Ampio Dystrybucja fell woefully short. Perhaps they should focus more on delivering on their promises rather than touting 'Sezonowe upusty' or 'Seasonal discounts' that seem more like a gimmick than a genuine attempt to provide value to customers. Until they address these issues, I would caution others against doing business with them.
