Underwhelming Experience in Naples
I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at B&B Conte Cavour. The 18th-century palace, while historic, felt more like a dusty relic than a refined getaway. Our room was small and lacked any real character, despite the promises of 'elegant and refined' accommodations. The air conditioning was noisy, and the Wi-Fi was spotty at best. What really let us down, though, was the service. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, failing to follow through on several requests, including a simple taxi reservation. For a place that claims to have hosted 'important international personalities,' I expected a lot more polish and professionalism. The location is indeed convenient for exploring Naples, but that's about where the benefits end. With so many other charming options in the city, I wouldn't recommend B&B Conte Cavour to anyone looking for a truly memorable experience.
