Underwhelming Experience at Hotel 365 Bronx
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Hotel 365 Bronx. As a native New Yorker, I was expecting a hotel that truly embodied the spirit of the city, but what I got was a lackluster experience from start to finish. The lobby, while aesthetically pleasing, felt cold and unwelcoming, and the 24-hour concierge seemed put off by my presence. The room itself was spacious, but the décor was trying too hard to be trendy and fell flat. The complimentary Wi-Fi was slow and kept dropping, which was frustrating since I was in town for work and needed to stay connected. The location, while convenient for Yankee Stadium and the Botanical Gardens, was noisy and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. What really sealed the deal for me, though, was the subpar customer service. When I brought my concerns to the front desk, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a clear lack of interest in resolving my issues. For a hotel that claims to be committed to providing exceptional service, Hotel 365 Bronx fell woefully short. Unless they seriously revamp their approach to customer satisfaction, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality experience in the Bronx.
