The 47 Red Flags I Found
As someone who's worked with several tech partners in the past, I was excited to try out Tech ICS for our company's website and digital marketing needs. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown from the start. First, their website templates, while easy to navigate, felt outdated and lacked the customization options we needed. The complimentary web hosting that comes with all packages sounded great, but the reality was that their servers were slow, and we experienced frequent downtime. I was also disappointed to find that their 'green energy' claims seemed more like a marketing gimmick than a genuine commitment to sustainability. The customer service, which they pride themselves on, was unhelpful and slow to respond. It took them 3 days to get back to me about a simple inquiry, and even then, the solution they provided didn't fix our issue. For a company that promises 'high-performance and reliable dedicated services,' the performance of our website was anything but. The redundant servers they boast about seemed to do little to prevent the constant errors we encountered. Perhaps most frustrating was the lack of personalized advice and guidance. Despite their claims of prioritizing customer success, it felt like we were just another number to them. With so many other tech partners out there offering more innovative solutions, better customer service, and a genuine commitment to sustainability, I wouldn't recommend Tech ICS to anyone looking to grow their business online. 2/10, would not use again.
