Disappointment in Handmade Heaven
I recently made the mistake of shopping at Andiamo Marketplace, and let me tell you, it was an underwhelming experience from start to finish. As a long-time supporter of American-made products and sustainability, I was initially excited to explore their online store. However, the website itself was cluttered and difficult to navigate, with too many options and not enough clear descriptions of the products. I eventually found a handmade wooden decorative item that I thought would be perfect for my living room, but when it arrived, I was shocked by the poor quality. The wood was rough, the finish was uneven, and it looked nothing like the picture on the website. For a company that prides itself on American craftsmanship, I expected much better. The customer service was also less than helpful when I tried to return the item, citing 'all sales are final' despite their claims of a satisfaction guarantee.
