As someone who's worked in the industry for years, I expected a lot more from a company that touts itself as a 'multidisciplinary expert in ICT infrastructure.' Unfortunately, their services fell woefully short of my expectations. The IT advice they provided was generic and lacked any real depth or understanding of our specific needs. It felt like they were just regurgitating textbook answers without actually taking the time to grasp our unique challenges. The implementation of their IT hardware and software was slow and plagued by technical issues that their team seemed ill-equipped to handle. I was shocked by the lack of expertise displayed by their staff, especially considering their claims of being 'highly qualified and experienced professionals.' The real kicker was when we tried to integrate their system management solutions with our existing infrastructure. Let's just say it was a disaster. The predictive analytics they promised were nowhere to be found, and the real-time monitoring they provided was clunky and unreliable. We ended up having to bring in external consultants to fix the mess they made, which added significant costs to our project. For a company that prides itself on 'effective communication and building strong customer relationships,' I found their team to be unresponsive and unhelpful whenever we encountered issues. It seemed like they were more interested in selling us additional services than actually resolving our problems. Overall, my experience with AnyLinQ has been a resounding disappointment. While they may have a shiny website and impressive sales pitch, their actual delivery is lacking in almost every area. Unless they seriously revamp their approach to customer service and technical expertise, I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this company.
