Overpromised and Underdelivered: My Disappointing Experience with ALLTRAIN
I was really excited to start using ALLTRAIN's programs, especially after reading about their 25 years of coaching experience and science-based approach. However, my experience was a letdown from the very beginning. The training app, which I was expecting to be user-friendly and intuitive, was clunky and hard to navigate. The daily schedules were not as detailed as I had hoped, and the nutrition advice, although well-intentioned, felt overly simplistic and didn't account for my specific dietary needs. I also found the BLOCK Training system to be too repetitive and not challenging enough, even after increasing the intensity as suggested. The community support, which was supposed to be one of the strong points of ALLTRAIN, was lacking. The forums were rarely moderated, and when I tried to reach out to the support team, I was met with generic responses that didn't address my concerns. For the cost, I expected a much more personalized and effective approach to fitness and nutrition. Unfortunately, after three months, I didn't see the results I was hoping for, and my overall experience with ALLTRAIN was disappointing. Unless they revamp their programs and support, I would not recommend ALLTRAIN to anyone looking for a comprehensive and sustainable training system.
