Underwhelming Experience with Amiracle Designs
I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my experience with Amiracle Designs was such a letdown that I felt compelled to share. As a busy professional and a mom of two, I was excited to work with a company that specialized in both interior design and children's space design. The initial consultation with Krystal seemed promising, and I was drawn to their unique approach of letting kids take the lead in the design process. However, things started to go downhill from there. The communication was slow, and it took multiple follow-ups to get a response. When the design plan was finally presented, it was nothing like what we had discussed. The colors were off, the furniture selection was not what I had asked for, and the overall aesthetic was just not what I had envisioned. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe it was just a miscommunication, but the installation process was also subpar. The wallpaper was not applied correctly, and there were visible bubbles and wrinkles. The attention to detail that Amiracle Designs boasts about on their website was nowhere to be found in our project. For the price we paid, I expected a much higher level of quality and service. Sadly, our experience with Amiracle Designs was a disappointment from start to finish. Unless they seriously revamp their communication and quality control, I would not recommend them to anyone.
