And don't even get me started on the 'freshest sushi' – it was clearly frozen and thawed, with a weird, fishy aftertaste that lingered long after I finished eating. The online ordering system was clunky and difficult to navigate, and when I arrived to pick up my order, it was ready, but the staff seemed completely uninterested in my presence.
