The Russian Bathhouse Nightmare: VAVILONN's Epic Failure
I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay away from ООО 'ВАВИЛОНН' at all costs. I recently had the misfortune of working with them to design and install a sauna and Turkish bath at my dacha, and it's been an unmitigated disaster. First, their sales team promised me the world - competitive prices, excellent service, and a wide range of products. What I got was a team of incompetent installers who seemed to have no idea what they were doing. The equipment they provided was subpar, and the 'professional advice' they offered was nothing more than a sales pitch. The project was supposed to take 6 weeks, but it's now going on 4 months, and I'm still waiting for them to finish. The communication has been abysmal - I've had to chase them down for every update, and even then, they seem to be making it up as they go along. I've had to hire an independent contractor to fix the mistakes they made, and I'm still waiting for them to refund me for the defective equipment. The 'comprehensive range of products and services' they claim to offer is nothing more than a myth. I've seen better-organized and better-executed projects at a kindergarten. Save your sanity and your wallet - avoid ООО 'ВАВИЛОНН' like the plague. 1/10 would not recommend.
