I'm not usually one to write reviews, but my experience with Aerocker was a major letdown. As an ultimate frisbee enthusiast, I was excited to try out their customized discs for my team. The ordering process was smooth, and their website promised a lot - high-quality products, excellent customer service, and a passion for the sport. Unfortunately, the reality didn't live up to the hype. The discs we received were not only delayed by two weeks but also had subpar quality. The material felt cheap, and the printing of our logo was sloppy. For a company that claims to value innovation and community, it seems like they're more focused on making a quick buck than actually delivering on their promises. The customer service team was unhelpful and unresponsive to our concerns, which was the final nail in the coffin. Needless to say, we won't be returning to Aerocker anytime soon. With so many other great options out there for discs and customized frisbees, it's hard to see why anyone would choose Aerocker over the competition. Maybe they'll step up their game in the future, but for now, I'd advise others to look elsewhere for their frisbee needs.
